At the end of 2016, we noticed the majority of Agents on Vancouver Island were working from home or remotely, paying the exorbitant desk fees charged by traditional real estate brokerages. Knowing these were unnecessary costs for Agents, within 12 months we opened our program on the Island. Nanaimo was Team 3000 Realty’s first Virtual Branch.
We currently have a small but mighty team serving all of Vancouver Island, north of Victoria, including the surrounding islands. We also have a Victoria Branch.
Each and every one of our Vancouver Island Agents are alive and engaged in their own craft, doing the right things to support their clients. We’re proud to have them as team members, and by extension, to be part of every thriving island community.
