I’ve been in Real Estate for more than 10 years, six of which have been with @Team3000Realty. Prior to working in Real Estate I worked in mortgages; in fact, I was dual licensed for several years. I became tired of the paperwork of mortgages, and found I was much more engaged by the face-to-face element of Real Estate. After four years with a larger franchise brokerage, I switched to #T3KRealty in 2013 — originally it was just for the fees. It made good business sense for me to pay a One-Time Membership For Life rather than to spend money every month on a variety of costly fees.
What really made the difference after I joined though, was the attitude of the President, Louie Pulice. He was available, friendly and sincere. This human touch made all the difference, and made me feel I had found a home in the Team. #T3KRealty perfectly embodies how valuing the human aspect of Real Estate yields real results: for their Agents, their Clients, and their Employees.
I am here to bring fresh energy to the #T3KRealty Management Team. My favourite part of my role as a Managing Broker is helping and interacting with my Agents (just as I did as an office manager for many years). I seek to continue Louie’s precedent of being friendly, available and helpful to all Agents who need my help. Through patience, consistency, and careful attention to compliance, I have a tireless commitment to the care and support of my Agents across BC. I am dedicated to being a mentor who supports my Agents in any way I can, and ensure my Agents have what they need to succeed.
